Features, changes and bug fixes introduced in version 5.2.0.79.

These features and fixes build on the previous 5.2 releases.

Features

  • Implemented a numbers-only format to Readback Display settings.

  • Update SciChart version to 7.0.2.27161.

  • Implement the changeability of the data paths, including the database. Then change of file / directory move to file / directory copy to keep backups. From now on, lyticOS Data will be stored in the folder of Elementar.

  • Add a culture string for Activate Auto Injection Volume, addition of a translation string corresponding to similar translations.

  • Implement CLD Autostart UI option in Device settings.

  • Add CLD Autostart option.

  • Initial rearrangement of the CLD EEPROM value check, addition of error cases and important constants.

  • In Task List, initial implementation of a flag for an initial click on the empty row, reset of the flag whenever a non-empty row is clicked.

IRMS

  • Added manual integration functionality for EA and GC batch data processing.

  • Add a new BCB file type for BCB2 firmware.

  • Updated GC device from 7890 GC to 8890 GC in Systems.

  • Updated xION, iso FLOW and iso DUAL INLET BCB firmware files.

  • Added icons in the Systems > Devices navigator to the devices iso DUAL INLET, iso FLOW GHG (with and without furnace), CentrION.

iso FLOW GHG

  • Added Linearity correction functionality in Batch Corrections Wizard for EA Batch Type

  • Added Titanium Sample Ratio (TSR) Correction for nitrate analysis with iso FLOW GHG in batch data processing Corrections Wizard.

    • Added TSR selection box in Processing Parameters > Advanced to make correction available in batch data processing Corrections Wizard.

  • Added iso FLOW GHG system group to System Type Selector.

  • Modify existing EnvirovisION license bundle, replace GC with iso FLOW GHG + Gilson GX-271 Autosampler. Removed EnvirovisION PLUS and EnvirovisION PLUS Pyro bundles from System Type Selector

  • N2 analysis method has been added to the N2/N2O license file type.

  • Standard N2O, CO2 and CH4 methods added to the EnvirovisION license type.

  • iso FLOW GHG’s device icon changes when user check/unchecks “Has Furnace” option in Manage Systems view.

  • Added 3 new Gilson GX-271 Autosampler Layout Templates in Layout Wizard for 12ml, 20ml and 40ml vials (tray populated with 5 racks).

  • Removed Gilson GX-271 Autosampler Layout Template “Five 44 Sample Racks”.

  • Added “Pressure Leak Test” method to iso FLOW GHG for rough leak detection.

  • Added “GC Test”, “Run Back Test” and “Run Test” to iso FLOW GHG for analytical background diagnostics.

  • Added “Bake Traps” and “Bake GC Column” methods for iso FLOW GHG maintenance. Methods can be run directly from iso FLOW GHG ribbon.

  • Added “Sleep” and “Wake up” methods for “iso FLOW GHG” and “iso FLOW GHG + IRMS” systems. Methods can be run directly from iso FLOW GHG ribbon.

  • Implemented parallel processing methods for iso FLOW GHG for substantially higher sample throughput.

  • Renamed customer specific Dashboard Templates to generic names for iso FLOW GHG.

  • Updated all references in software to consistently use “iso FLOW GHG” product name.

  • Updated names of iso FLOW GHG cryotraps to be consistent and improved UI for operating the cryo traps from iso FLOW GHG schematic.

Bugfixes

  • Fix the layout being changed for unknown reasons.

  • enviroTOC:

    • Replaced ElementAt(-1) with FirstMatchingElement because is did not work after MongoDB update.

    • Fix the variable error in Adjust Syringe method.

    • Change from "Speed" to "ThrowInSpeed" for all Move Syringe blocks.

    • Change of Default value "0" to "0.0" in Adjust Syringe, locked export included datatypes this time, Adjust Pumps wasn't affected by the error due to the default value being double and all datatypes being specified

  • IRMS:

    • Fix the batch column refresh issue when changing species settings in Correction.

    • Remove the shift existing in Dual Inlet integration.

    • Fix the bug that will crash lyticOS when opening Readback Data View and General Data View.
