Command buttons missing from Batch Log worksheet

This has been reported on IonVantage systems using Excel 2010 and Excel 2013. The problem occurs after the installation of the Microsoft security update that is described in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS14-082. This is usually done automatically as part of Windows Update. Microsoft have released a fix for the problem at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3025036/EN-US
